AILS offers you the ability to utilise personnel from our large database (updated daily) who have been pre qualified and screened allowing you the flexibility to replace permanent staff due to:
- absenteeism,
- recreation,
- sick or maternity leave,
- or to augment permanent staff during peak periods.
Placements are available for a minimum of four (4) hours or as per client requirement.
You are then able to focus your energies on your core business. We are able to satisfy your Labour needs and take responsibility of the payment of:
- Payroll Tax,
- Workcover Payments,
- Superannuation Payments
- and all other relevant Government Statutory charges.
